Took deposits and after the fact informs us that we are not able to use cards. You're better off booking direct, like we would have been! Snagged our group fare by putting a lock on it and then claiming they waived their "$5 commission" for us. Booking directly would have saved $60 per person. horrible experience with them. I stayed here recently with family and loved the central Waikiki location. We were only a couple of blocks from the beach, which we walked to every day. This penthouse not only had wonderful amenities, but also more than enough room to spread out. I would love to return to this condo in the future. Great location with a wonderful view and facilities!
