Relax and unwind local style in our custom built, comfortable Island Breeze cottage. This quaint, cottage escape is just a short 5 minute walk to beautiful Kailua Beach where you can swim with the turtles in the crystal waters and take long walks in the soft sand of Kailua and Lanikai beaches. On your way to the beach stop into Kalapawai Market for local brew gourmet coffee, fine wines and a

great selection of sandwiches, fresh salads, wraps and more from the deli. In the same block, you can easily rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards and more from Kailua Beach Adventures AND the world famous Island Snow is the perfect stop on your way home to cool off with shaved ice! We are so lucky to be so close to the beautiful beach and these great, local shops that will make your stay even more enjoyable, all within walking distance.

Our 950 square foot cottage features 20 foot ceilings and solid maple flooring. It was designed to be open so you can feel the cool breezes of the pacific trade winds and enjoy plenty of space when enjoying the living space and kitchen.

While we love the cool Pacific breeze, we have also installed a brand new A/C system for your added comfort, should you desire. The kitchen island features a custom built, Koa wood bar for 2 person seating and a separate dining area is next to it, perfect for enjoying the newspaper or a romantic dinner.

The master bedroom is secluded off the living room and kitchen. It offers an en suite, modest restroom with a natural slate shower, toilet and cubbies for your belongings and our spa towels. The master bed is a Serta queen size and is very comfy. To support our local shops and bring you the finest bedding, we have added touches of luxury bedding from "Island Bungalow", right here in Kailua! A twin size futon in the common area can sleep a person 5' 3" comfortably.

Step out onto your front porch to enjoy one of the most popular spaces in the cottage; the outdoor seating on the deck. With the palm trees swaying and the ocean breeze it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

The entire cottage has been freshly painted (it looks fabulous) and the hardwood floors have been sanded and redone. New updated furnishings. *The cottage is most suitable for 2 adults and a young child 8 yrs or older.
